Erin Crider studies and explains modern churches, working with their congregations in the US. She is an Adjunct Professor of Biblical Studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and was previously a high school English teacher at Stanton College Preparatory School. She holds a PhD in Divinity from the University of Aberdeen, an MTh in Applied Theology and an MSt in New Testament Studies from the University of Oxford, an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, an MA and BA in English Literature from the University of Florida, and a BA in French from the University of Florida.
