Nathan S. Chapman is the Pope F. Brock Professor of Law at the University of Georgia School of Law and a McDonald Senior Fellow in the Center for Law and Religion at Emory School of Law. He is the author most recently of Agreeing to Disagree: How the Establishment Clause Protects Religious Diversity and Freedom of Conscience (Oxford University Press, 2023) (with Michael W. McConnell). He has written extensively on constitutional rights, religious liberty, and Christianity and the law.
