Paul Valler is an executive coach and mentor. He is a former chair of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, and a former Finance and Operations Director of Hewlett-Packard Ltd. He doubled as HR Director during the spin-off of Agilent Technologies and was a key player in the appointment and leadership development of senior managers. Now an executive coach, he mentors several business leaders. He has over 25 years’ experience on charity boards.
Paul is the author of Get a Life: Winning Choices for Working People (IVP) and Using Measurement Well in the Grove Leadership series. He was drawn to LICC because its emphasis on whole-life discipleship resonated with his own experience of seeking to serve God in and through his work in the business sector. He is an LICC Work Forum Associate, speaks and writes for LICC, and led the launch of Executive Toolbox in 2011.
